Terms of use

These terms apply to the RealShowcase iPhone app during its beta, distributed through Apple’s TestFlight, and to the realshowcase.app website. By using the app, you accept them.

RealShowcase is published by Kenobiz Solutions L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”). Contact: contact@realshowcase.app.

A free beta, provided “as is”

• The beta is free. Each tester has a limited AI trial budget.
• It is a test version, provided “as is”: it may contain errors, be slow, change, or be interrupted at any time, without notice. We give no guarantee that it will work without interruption or that it fits a particular need.
• Features, limits and the trial budget may change during the beta.
• Beta data may be deleted at the end of the test. We will let testers know before.

For real estate professionals

RealShowcase is meant for professional use by real estate agents and agencies, to present properties they are authorised to market.

You stay responsible for your listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for their compliance with the laws, regulations and portal rules that apply to you (for example advertising permits in Dubai, energy performance information in France, ownership information in Thailand).
• RealShowcase helps you include your country’s legal mentions. It does not guarantee that a listing complies with the rules: check every mention before posting.
• Only use photos that you have the right to use.

AI-generated content: always review it

Photos, texts, translations, voice-overs and videos are produced by artificial intelligence. They can contain errors.

• Review every result before posting it.
• Our golden rule is never to change the structure of a property (walls, doors, windows, view, floors, ceilings, perspective). If a photo is flagged “To check”, or if you notice that an edit changed the property, do not use it.
• Never use an edit to mislead buyers or tenants about a property. Virtually staged photos must be presented as such where the rules require it.

Your content

• You keep all your rights to the photos and information you add to the app.
• You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service, including through the providers listed in our privacy policy.
• You can use the content generated for you in your listings and marketing.

Fair use

Do not use RealShowcase to publish illegal, misleading or offensive content, to infringe someone else’s rights, to get around the trial budget or limits, or to disrupt, copy or reverse engineer the app.

Intellectual property

The app, the website, the RealShowcase name and logo belong to the publisher. You may not reuse them without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost business or the consequences of listings you publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Apple and TestFlight

TestFlight is a service of Apple, which has its own terms. Apple is not responsible for RealShowcase or its content.

End of use

You can stop using RealShowcase at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Support). We may end the beta or your access to it, in particular in case of misuse.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If you disagree with us, please write to contact@realshowcase.app first so we can look for an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
