Privacy policy
What data the RealShowcase app and website process, why, where it is stored, who helps us process it, and your rights.

In short. Your account is anonymous: no e-mail, no password. Your property data and photos are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). They are sent to our AI providers only to carry out what you ask for in the app. No ads, no tracking, no data sales. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
This policy covers the RealShowcase iPhone app, currently in beta through Apple’s TestFlight, and the realshowcase.app website.
Who is responsible
RealShowcase is published by Kenobiz Solutions L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (business licence No. 2535609.01), the data controller.

Your account
Your account is anonymous and created automatically when you open the app. We never ask for your e-mail address or a password.
Data we process

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address and your message. We use them only to reply.
Where your data is stored
Your data (database and files) is hosted by Supabase, in its Frankfurt region, in the European Union. Connections between the app and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS).
Who helps us process it
Some edits are done by specialised providers. They are called only to carry out a request you make in the app, and only receive what that request needs:

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
No tracking
- In the app: no advertising cookies, no analytics tools.
- TestFlight: Apple may collect crash reports and the feedback you choose to send, and shares them with us. See Apple’s privacy policy.
- On this website: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking tools, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts and images are served from our own site. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which may keep technical logs (such as IP address, date and page requested) for security and to deliver the site.
How long we keep it
- Your property data, photos and generated content are kept as long as the property exists in the app. Deleting a property in the app deletes its photos, versions and videos.
- Beta data may be deleted at the end of the test. We will let testers know before.
- E-mails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data with a simple e-mail to contact@realshowcase.app. If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights to object, to restrict processing and to data portability under the GDPR. In the United Arab Emirates, the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies, and in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Act.
Because your account is anonymous, tell us something that helps us find your data, for example the name or area of a property you created and roughly when. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you are in the European Union and think your rights are not respected, you can complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Professional use
RealShowcase is meant for real estate professionals. It is not intended for children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we will also let testers know.
