Help with the RealShowcase iPhone beta. How to contact us, join the beta, send feedback and delete your data.
Last updated:
Contact us
Write to contact@realshowcase.app. If something goes wrong, tell us your iPhone model and what you were doing, and add a screenshot if you can.
Join the beta
The beta is free and runs on iPhone through TestFlight, Apple’s app for testing apps before they reach the App Store.
- On your iPhone, install TestFlight from the App Store.
- Open our public invitation link on your iPhone, then tap Install. Until the link is published on this site, e-mail us with the subject “Beta RealShowcase” to get it.
- Open RealShowcase. There is no account to create: an anonymous account is set up automatically.
Each tester has a limited AI trial budget. When it runs out, the app tells you: contact us if you want to keep testing.
Send feedback
Your feedback shapes the app. Two ways to send it from your iPhone:
- From a screenshot: take a screenshot in RealShowcase, tap the preview, then choose to share it with the developer as beta feedback. Add a comment and send.
- From TestFlight: open the TestFlight app, select RealShowcase and tap Send Beta Feedback.
If the app crashes, TestFlight may offer to send a crash report: adding a few words about what you were doing helps a lot.
You can also simply write to contact@realshowcase.app.
Delete your data
- One property: in the app, open the property and choose Delete property. This deletes the property with its photos, versions and videos. It cannot be undone.
- Everything: e-mail contact@realshowcase.app with the subject “Data deletion”. Your account is anonymous, so tell us something that helps us find your data, for example the name or area of a property you created and roughly when. We confirm by e-mail once it is done, within one month at the latest.
Deleting the app from your iPhone does not delete what is stored on our servers: ask us as above. Details in our privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Is the beta free?
Yes. Each tester gets a limited AI trial budget.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. The beta is for iPhone only.
Which languages can the app write in?
Listing texts and voice-overs in English, Arabic, French and Thai.
A photo is marked “To check”. What does it mean?
After every edit, an AI compares the before and after. “To check” means a structural element (walls, windows, view, perspective…) may have changed. Look at the photo carefully and do not use it if it misrepresents the property. You can send us the case as feedback.
Who is responsible for my listings?
You are. RealShowcase helps you include your country’s legal mentions, but you must review every photo, text and video before posting. See our terms of use.
